On October 20th, 2017 attorney Scott Kurkoski was a panelist at the NYSBA Environmental & Energy Law Section Fall meeting on the subject of 'Key Energy & Environmental Cases of 2016-2017 - "Pipelines, Water Quality Withdrawal, SEQRA & Even More Fracking."'

On September 21st attorney Scott Kurkoski spoke to rural land owners at the Cayuga County Office of Planning & Economic Development on 'Leasing Your Land for Renewable Energy Development.'
